Ingredients:
60 g of topinambur chips
A pinch of baking soda
400 g of wheat flour
200 g of yogurt
Salt to taste
Directions:
Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min, drain and mix with the milk, flour and salt. Fry pancakes in a little oil/butter in a strong heated frying pan. Serve the pancakes with cream and generously sprinkled with parsley.
