Topinambur meatballs

50 g of topinambur chips

500 g of minced meat

2 onions
1 even teaspoonful of dill

A bunch of parsley
1 teaspoonful of cumin

Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min. Drain well and add to the minced meat. Add in succession chopped onions, part of the parsley, black pepper and cumin. Form meat balls from the mixture and steam them. Serve with garlic sauce and the rest of the parsley.
