Ingredients:
400 g of warm water
300 g of wheat flour or spelt flour
200 g of rye flour
10 g of salt
3 teaspoonfuls of spice mix – garlic powder, oregano, thyme
20 g of yeast
30 g of topinambur flour
Knead the dough in the usual way. Bake the bread at 200 ºC.
