Baked topinambur and Kashkaval cheese

100 g of topinambur chips

150 ml of milk
3 eggs
A bunch of parsley
150 g of Kashkaval cheese

Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min. Drain the water and place into a baking pan. Cover with grated Kashkaval cheese, oregano and finely chopped parsley. Pour over the milk mixed with the eggs. Bake in an oven.
