Ingredients:
400 g of warm water
½ teaspoonful of salt
½ teaspoonful of sugar
1 teaspoonful of vegetable or olive oil
25 g of topinambur flour
260 g of wheat flour or spelt flour
260 g of rye flour
1 packet of dry fast soluble yeast
½ onion or 25 g of dried onion
Mix all types of flour well together.
