Ingredients:
30 g of topinambur chips
1 carrot
3 tblspoonfuls of fresh herbs (basil, wild thyme, dill), 1 teaspoonful of coriander
1 teaspoonful of red pepper powder
500 g of rye flour
1 tblspoonful of baking soda
A packet of baking powder
250 ml of milk
130 ml of water
1 tblspoonful of olive oil /vegetable oil/
1 tblspoonful of honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a deep bowl mix together the milk, water, grated carrot, topinambur chips, and herbs. Add the flour, salt, baking soda,
baking powder, honey and oil. Knead homogeneous dough. Smear the bottom of the baking pan with oil, pour the dough carefully and smear its surface slightly with oil. Bake for about 50 min.
