100 g of topinambur chips
1 kg of minced meat
3 tblspoonfuls of tomato paste
Savory salt, cumin and black pepper to taste, parsley
Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min and drain. Finely cut the courgettes and onions, and grate the carrots. Fold these vegetables into the minced meat, add black pepper and mix everything well. Spread the mixture into a layer on the bottom of a baking pan. Before removing from the oven, sprinkle with grated Kashkaval cheese, savory salt and parsley.
