Ingredients:
100 g of topinambur chips
4 tblspoonfuls of breadcrumbs
50 g of butter
½ teaspoonful of garlic powder
½ teaspoonful of thyme
Directions:
Brown the breadcrumbs slightly in butter. Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min in slightly salted water, drain and place in a plate. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme and mix well. Pour on top the browned breadcrumbs.
