Topinambur fricadelles

100 g of topinambur chips
500 g of minced meat

2-3 onions
1 egg
Black pepper and salt to taste
Boil topinambur chips for about 8 min in salted water. Drain well and add the minced meat, finely chopped onions, egg, black pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients together well and form nut-sized balls. Place the balls in boiling water. When they start emerging on the surface, take them out with a draining spoon. Serve with various toppings according to individual taste.
